Brazilian Butoh dancer, actor, performer, body trainer and theatre director. Bachelor in Theatre at the University of Brasilia in 2003, studied theatre, dance, dance-theatre, dramatic body mime, physical comic, Butoh, circus, martial arts, and vertical dance. Physical trainer of performers specialized in the Brazilian technique Integral Bamboo. Master degree in Communication and Semiotics at Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo in 2016.
In 2010 he was considered "the sensation" of the International Festival of Contemporary Scene Theatre by the Brazilian critics. In 2013, he was ranked first in the call for Innovation and Transversalities Art Projects of the Culture Department of Brasilia/Brazil. In 2014, he was awarded 3rd place in the selection of scholarships for masters at the Pontifical University of São Paulo where he studied until 2016. In 2017, he was selected for a scholarship of the Brasilia government to study Butoh Dance with Atsushi Takenouchi at the Jinen Butoh School in Italy and other places in Europe for a year.
Since July 2018, he has been based in Vienna, developing courses, workshops, and performances, collaborating with the New Vienna Opera, Lalish Theaterlabor, Photon Gallery, Aerial Silk Vienna, Phoenix Circus Arts Center and others. Internationally, the artist recurrently showed works in Italy, Germany, France, Belgium, Poland, Brazil, and Norway.
In 2022, with the reopening of theaters in Europe, a new piece premiered in Berlin, touring through the cities of Düsseldorf, Hitzacker, and Hamburg in four different festivals in Germany, along with a season at Volx Theater in Vienna. In addition, he produced his first independent festival called "Hybrid Butoh Vienna Art Festival" at the end of the year. Currently, he is producing his first film as a director; a new butoh and circus solo dance subsidized by the Austrian government; the next edition of "Hybrid Butoh" for December, as well as a world tour with his work "I Will - Foreign Portrait" for 2024.
