About The Event
Welcome to train and practice with your children!
For an hour we will train and play together developing our natural motor skills. Let's continue the flow! Come to stretch, massage, activate, jump, hang, expand, turn and flow. Try out our "pyramids" which are made of an absolutely body-friendly material. Learn new possibilities for your body to move or remember how you could move from the start.
