In  this Butoh dance workshop, I invite you to embark on a deep journey of  self exploration and reconnection of body, soul and universe through the  images, symbols, and meanings of the Bodhisattva figure. During three  hours of intensive practice, we will connect with the essence of the  Bodhisattva, an enlightened being who seeks enlightenment not only for  themselves but for the benefit of all beings.The practice will be driven  by a deep dive into self and body awareness, allowing us to explore  layers of presence, dance, and movement.

Throughout  the course, participants will be guided by an instructor well-versed in  Butoh, theater, and performance, exploring the fusion between these  techniques with contemporary dance, dance meditation, fluid movement,  and theater improvisation to build live performances.
